Mis 3 prioridades principales

  • Stand Up and Protect Santa Claran's Quality of Life: Focus on Smart, Balanced, Controlled and Collaborative growth which should not only benefit developers but the ordinary resident too. TDM panelties and mitigate traffic.
  • Stop Inappropriate High-Density Housing: Stop inappropriate high-density housing which does not fit in existing neighborhoods and causes traffic congestion.
  • Affordable Housing & Fair Rent Initiatives: We need public-private initiatives to tackle affordable housing issue, I will have developer businesses like Intel, nVidia, etc. to contribute towards our affordable housing and fair rent initiatives.

My wife and I have raised two sons - the older one is  graduate from Santa Clara University and the younger one is junior at Dartmouth College. As a small business owner in Santa Clara, city planning commissioner, and community activist, I am eager to get to work on the following issues for an even better Santa Clara for people like you and me and our generations to come:

·        Building community engagement and putting residents first by informing, consulting, and involving residents

·        Smart, balanced, controlled and collaboraitive growth to protect neighborhoods quality of life.

·        Stand up to the developers who propose inappropriate high density housing which causes traffic congestion and displaces small businesses

·        I will fight tirelessly for our working class through affordable housing and fair rent initiatives.

·        An open, transparent, and informative local government

·        Solving our growing traffic problem

·        Making analytical fiscal decisions for our city

·        Keeping Santa Clarans safe

·        Investing in our youth and seniors

For my continued community service and engagement, I have been awarded with the following awards by elected officials and other organizations:
