Profesión:Clergy, Teacher, Advocate
School Board Member, Santa Maria Bonita School District — Cargo elegido (20102014)
Served Needy Citizens of the community with food from Santa Barbara County , Victory Harvest Church (19872015)

Masters in Teaching, B.S. in Organizational Management, A.A. Liberal Arts and A.S. Personnel Management.  Former Federal Corrections Officer and Volunteer State Prison Chaplain, Served as a former School Board Member and was instrumental in getting school buildings retrofitted for earthquake safety, ensured Spanish was spoken at Board Meetings, help insured the dual emersion program was implemented at a local elementary school. Taught in both the public and private school sectors, basketball coach and many other duties.  I am also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and have marched and spoke up to support ICE not being located in Santa Maria neighborhoods.  I also marched when murder rates were hitting the community hard.

If things are not working, fix it.  I would love to see juvenile and adult crime reduced, prostitution taken off the streets, mental health and homeless issues be delt with and a drug task force working within the police department and car theft being greatly reduced. There needs to be a strong infastructure to encourage companies to want to move here along with incentives.  I believe the community needs to be listened to.  We serve at the will of the people and not for ourselves or special interest.  People in the community need to know that this is everyone's community.  Those who comitt crime against others need to be taken off the streets.  I also believe we need to provide opportunities for our children to survice in our community.  They need jobs and activities that encourage their growth and development in our communities.  I also believe those coming out of prison need an opportunity to recover in our communities and not be forgotten.  Finally, I believe the city needs to be cleaned up fro debris.  A filthy city is an eye sore and invites criminal activity.
